Tariel Sikharulidze
Currently an Associate Professor at the School of Arts and Sciences of ISU, lecturing on international negotiations. He is a member of ESSEC-IRENE (Institute for Research and Negotiation) ESSEC School of Business, Paris Singapore. He has a wide experience in the field of negotiation skills and methods, mediation and policy advice. He has several significant publications on the issues of electoral rights, law and peace in Georgia, such as “Georgia on the crossroad of civilization in the XXI century” in the journalIssues of History and Theory of Culture (2005) and “Some aspect of electoral rights and guarantees in Georgia” in Elections in Europe (2009).
