Prof. DDr. Wolfgang Dietrich
PhD in History and Literature, DSJ, promoted to Universitätsdozent (University of Innsbruck). Holds the UNESCO Chair for Peace Studies and is programme director of the MA Program for Peace, Development, Security and International Conflict Transformation. Member of the Austrian UNESCO Commission and visiting professor at the Institute for Political Science at the University of Vienna, at the Centre for Peace and Development Studies at the University Jaume I (Spain) and at the United Nations Peace University (Costa Rica). Publications in Peace and Conflict, European and Latin American Studies: as book author 10, editor of 10 books, more than 50 articles in anthologies and more than 40 journal articles.
