Dr Gillian Wylie
Gillian Wylie is Assistant Professor in International Peace Studies in ISE, Trinity College Dublin. She is the leader of Trinity’s work package on quality assurance in the PESTUGE project. She teaches modules on ‘International Politics’ and ‘Gender, War and Peace’, as well as coordinating the evening diploma in Conflict and Dispute Resolution Studies. She supervises many Masters and PhD students on the intersections between gender, conflict and peacebuilding. Her research is on the issue of human trafficking and the nexus between migration and security in the globalizing world. She is author of ‘The International Politics of Human Trafficking’ (Palgrave 2016).
